The Dark Flowers return with a four track EP as a taster for ‘Indian Summer’, their second studio album due later this year. ‘Death & Desire’s’ four tracks see The Anchoress continue her involvement via a cover of Tom Wait’s ‘Dead and Lovely’,  Bauhaus bassist and solo artists David J joins with Char in a reworking of the Sonic Youth / Lydia Lunch alternative classic ‘Death Valley 69’ whilst Gabriella Climi delivers a dark and dangerous take on the Delta Rae original ‘Bottom Of The River’ that emphasises her artistic progression into folk and country since debuting with worldwide hit ‘Nothing Sweet About Me’. The EP is completed by former Alisha’s Attic and current Red Sky July vocalist Shelly Poole whose ambient cover of Joan Baez’s ‘Silver Dagger’ is a perfect introduction to the soundscapes of ‘Indian Summer'.
